Citalopram and baby
Anyone been taking Citalopram during pregnancy? Or taking Citalopram during a previous pregnancy? I'm having a c-section on Thursday and I'm worried about the baby having withdrawal symptoms

I have taken citalopram throughout both my pregnancies. Nothing to worry about at all xx
My baby wasn't monitored for withdrawal symptoms I didn't even know that was a thing but I took them through my pregnancy and as far as I'm aware baby has been fine xx
Neither was mine. But it was never really discussed and hasn’t been this time round. And I’ve had it increased due to depression from being so poorly with this one.

Not citalopram but sertraline. They monitored baby for 24-48 hours and looked for signs of withdrawal. Neither of mine had any. But if they do they have things in place
