They're not the most healthy but I have those little drinkable yoghurts and babybels. Not as healthy as veg sticks but they're pretty filling as snacks so stops me going back for more and more
I wash and cut up cucumber, tomatoes, carrots, radishes and celery and put them in tubs in the fridge. If I’m snackish I’ll go to the fridge and just easily grab some. It’s no sweet treat but it’s healthy and easy. Ngl though most of the time I follow it up with a packet of crisps or chunk of cheese😂
Oats are really good for milk supply so any low calorie flapjacks or oatie biscuits are great if you need something easy. You could also have a go at making your own too.
Greek yoghurt and fruit Pitta bread and hummus Nuts like cashews or almonds Fruit in general.. BOL also do a great range of meal shakes and veg pots for on the go x
