Wake Forest Pediatrics seemed to respect my decision to delay. They may not require vaccinations

Yep! We loved our last pediatrician but when it came time for vaccinations and we said no he pretty much told us to find someone else to go to. The staff at Phycinity is so great and friendly though!
Thank you so much. I got the same response when I told my LOs pediatrician we wanted to avoid certain vaccines and she was nice about it but essentially told us to we have to find somewhere else
@Kate just scheduled an appt there. I didn’t even ask if they require vaccinations bc I was scared they’d turn me down. Seems like when you ask they then you down. Anyone in particular there you recommend?
We see Jordan Hammermueller I think. When we switched and went the first time I straight up told her we had to find a new provider because we didn’t want to get vaccinations and she asked if there was a future plan for them, I said no, and she left it at that🤷🏻♀️
I second Jordan Hammermueller at Phycinity on Falls! We refused all vaccinations for our daughters and they are so understanding and don’t pressure us at all. We love them!
@Kate @Danielle I just took my LO to her earlier this week. It wasn’t terrible but for a first appt it felt rushed and I waited like 30 mins. It might be she was behind that day. Is that common for the practice or her?
We have been three times and have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. Maybe next time book a morning appointment. Providers usually get more and more backed up as the day goes on so I always try to grab an early morning appointment or the one right after lunch!
Also sorry you felt rushed - that hasn’t been our experience either. Hopefully it was just an off day. Hope they work out for you!
