Unused colostrum

My bub is now 4weeks old and drinking breast milk happily. I'm also expressing and have built up 1.5 litres of frozen breast milk in case I get sick. But I still have leftover colostrum that I never used, about 20ml worth and it is taking up breast milk space in my freezer. What do people recommend I do with it. A) throw it out is of no use now B) you can donate it ... C) feed it to bub slowly, it's good for them D) save it for if they get an eye infection E) something else??

Absolutely save it! It’s good in the freezer for 6m. Deep freezer for 12m. Even after that time it can still be used it just starts going down in nutritional value. Save it to use when they get sick

Feed it, but also… when you are sick it’s best to have baby latch. your body will produce antibodies to reduce chances of baby getting sick. (you can still store milk but if possible latch baby

Keep! Don’t throw it out. Put it in a deep freezer or at the back and keep it until baby’s poorly

I just mixed mine with his normal bottles any time I gave him a bottle or someone else fed him for me. And then I'd give him the syringe full if I noticed there was a sickness going around just to boost his immune.
