Sleep (or lack of)
Just wanting a place to vent / support from people maybe in the same boat! The last 1-2 months our daughter has started waking 1-3 times a night. Admittedly miles better than her first 1.5 years but I got used to mostly undisturbed nights. We’re back to 8-9hrs a night and I just need reassurance this will end. Or any tips! I feel we’ve tried everything - night lights, comforters, co sleeping, aromatherapy.
I assume it is a phase that will phase and you need to stay consistent. But I don’t know. But I want you to know that I am here for support and venting x
