It depends what you are buying. You can’t buy breast pillows for example but you can buy the breast pumps. I had the same issue but the pumps went through fine xx

@Deepika the rarely reply to emails which is a shame! I tried a couple of times. They are a brilliant company i believe, I just think the overseas divide gets in the way sometimes.

So customer service got back to me and said its because the item is out of stock 😑
