Best drugstore mascara?

Not expensive, something that adds length and volume but isn’t clumpy?

I have heard great reviews about L’Oréal telescopic mascara. I am try to try one though

I've found using a mascara primer before really helps to prevent clumping, no matter what mascara you end up using.

I’ve tried every mascara and the best one is essence false lash effect!
