Does your son have a program called birth to three? If so my son has the same problem and he only 2yrd and he only say some words but he ain’t talking fully comparing to other toddler

My little man has been learning a lot through Mrs Rachel and me reading to him at night. I was slacking in the reading department but when he moved into a big boy bed I’ve been reading to him every night. Keep repeating stuff to him! Always a learning curve for every momma! I try not comparing him to others. Hope all goes well

Yes! We just started speech therapy this week. He mostly babbles and makes noises.. not many words except “mama” and “uhoh” here and there. I’ve been so stressed out because everyone keeps asking when he’s going to start talking and it’s just weighing so heavy on my heart.

From my options all babies learn from their own paste you can’t rush them eventually he gonna talk. I’m going through the same things but all you could do is talk to him regular don’t baby talk to him bc that’s gonna hold him back from talking

Yes but for my son it’s bcuz he’s had tubes put in due to constant ear infections therefore his hearing was slightly affected before

My daughter is 30 months old and was 28 days premature. She is also doing speech therapy. I know it’s tough but give it time my daughter is saying so much more and Mrs Rachel helps alot

I completely stopped screen time for my son because we put too much for him in the past. I know Mrs. Rachel helps, it’s just we completely stopped screen for him

Yes my son just turned 2 and only says mamma or dada. We are trying books, learning games and all he tries but his dr says it’s not good enough, she wants to put him through speech therapy and I won’t allow it just because he will talk when ready not all kids are the same with talking

What I know is that boys speak later than girls. When the boy is still not speaking by the age of 3, then you put him in speak therapy. You have to do a lot of sentence repeat everyday like,’ let’s go to the playground’ I do a lot of singing and dancing, that encourage too
