Splinter
Hi mamas! Need advice, my daughter has a tiny splinter in her foot, any treatments or creams that I can use?

Hasn’t happened to me but I saw a post on ig say to make a paste of baking soda and put it on the splinter and it will come out on its own after a few hours. I’m assuming you have to bandage it but idk how true this is If it were my kid I would do something similar to the above to make sure I get it if especially painful for them

What I did when my son had a small splinter in his foot was find some tweezers, soak his foot with a rag because he did not like to sit still or have anyone touch his feet and gently grab the splinter and pull it out. Make sure the little one is distracted otherwise the little one will pull their foot away
