Hiccups

Our girl always gets the hiccups. At times they seem to be decreasing. But I’m wondering if there’s anything else we can do to prevent this further? The more I wind and take breaks between feeding seems to be helping! I also read that is can be one of the many signs of silent reflux? But I don’t know whether I’m just looking into it too much and worrying. What other signs could I look out for if I’m worried about silent reflux? Thanks!

Apparently hiccups are from over stimulation. I was told to lick a little bit of white paper and put it on baby’s forehead lol it works tho x

I’m combination feeding, but I have mainly been breastfeeding as I’m worried it could be down to the formula. Will try and keep her up for longer. Thank you both!!

@Naz I have to keep my boy upright for atleast 20-30 mins sometimes longer before I lay him down.

All I’ve been doing is winding more and trying to slow feeds down. Our girl has either a couple of ounces of a few ounces at a time anyway. Some people have mentioned about giving it 20-30 mins of baby being upright too
