@Sol Divyne Lifestyle my son has a tongue tie so he can’t technically but im about to try to get on a schedule to pump again! thank you!!
@Illyana Yaaaay then you’re already lactating lol you don’t technically need to “relactate” So what this means is NOW you just need to increase the frequency by constant stimulation. In combination of a semi nutrient dense diet, prenatal, or both. And with less stress. Are you able to get littles to try to latch at all? Removing the pacifiers will help. Giving boob before, during, and after bottles will help too. You’re goal now is to train the littles to look at your nipple for comfort, food, and just their whole life.
@Sol Divyne Lifestyle if i were to do it for 20 minutes a little tiny drop does come out but thats it
@Kenzie look at my comment. Are you able to see ANYTHING when you hand express?
Try small and often pumping sessions. likely to not see much milk coming out in the first sessions, but don't get disheartened and keep going. Try and do one session in the night. Unlikely for your baby to know what to do at the breast if he never latched on.
