Should I be worried?

This morning I went to change my 7.5 month olds diaper and it was only lightly wet. Every other morning she’s got a full overnight diaper (when she sleeps through I don’t change her), whereas today it was only a little wet as if I’d changed her like half an hour earlier. I actually checked the bin to make sure I didn’t change her twice. She’s acting normal, slept normal, eating and drinking as normal so I’m confused. She’s breastfed so I’m not 100% sure she’s gotten enough milk but she’s seemed satisfied after feeds like usual. Should I call the doctor?? Or am I worrying for nothing
