When will my hormones get back on track?

Hi all, I’m an emotional wreck and beyond confused. I found out 2 days ago that I’ve had a miscarriage, but I have no idea when it officially happened as I only realised I was pregnant 3 days before. I started bleeding (like a period) on 4th March. It tapered off to just a light spot but then came back very heavily for the past two days. So I have now been bleeding for 2 whole weeks and it’s showing no signs of stopping. My HcG tests are still coming back positive (bottom one is a midday urine today). I really need the HcG to drop because my partner is back from working abroad in 2 weeks and is here for less than 2 months before going again. I’m just so worried that I won’t ovulate until he goes away again and we’re a whole 4-5 months without an opportunity to try again.
