I haven’t had any one actually I have either but always say it could be but no other reason I’m in pain I’ve been in pain since around 17/18 weeks I’m 22 weeks now it’s my first baby i can hardly walk most days to turn in the bed is complete agony all between my legs down my thighs top of my bum cheeks/lower back down the back of my thighs but the bit on my vagina where hair grows is like bruised and I’ve been kicked it hurts and feel heavy my husband has had to help me at times to lift my legs to get dressed I’ve got a pregnancy pillow some days is worse than others , does this sound like PGP or SPD?

Yes. Get an appointment with a midwife so they can refer you for physio. In the mean time have a look at getting a ball to do some mobility work. Hot water bottles on your lower back and bits might help relieve some of your pain. As much as it hurts to move, try not to stay in one position for too long. In time you will work out what to avoid. Keep your legs together when you turn in bed and getting in and out of the car. I tend to sleep on my left side with a pillow between the legs. It’s rubbish and I absolutely feel for you. There are lots of YouTube videos from specialists with exercises to help relieve the pain.
