I'm afraid I don't have any suggestions for anything else you should be doing but I just wanted to say that I'm so sorry to hear that. It sounds like you are doing all of the sensible things that are recommended. Have you spoken to a doctor or midwife about it?
Sorry for your losses and I remember this feeling. I have hypothyroidism and PCOS and4 losses and 4 years TTC, I was then given progesterone and 150mg of aspirin from positive pregnancy test in 2021 and I now have a beautiful little girl who is 10 months, I'm also 23 weeks pregnant with another little girl and I honestly thought this would never happen. I believe the progesterone helped as I had all the symptoms of low progesterone with my losses but no one would help. Speak to your doctor and ask for some tests to rule anything out, or for a referral to a fertility specialist which is what we had and where the progesterone was prescribed from. Don't give up, it can happen and you can bring a healthy baby home one day. The odds were against us but we've made it the other side after a dark time x
