Help!!!
Ladies with fibroids please what can I use to reduce the cramps and discomfort. I am very full even though I have not eaten. Does it associate with leg pain? Please help your sis I have ultrasound tomorrow, but the heaviness in my abdomen is not letting me do anything.

Have you tried hotwater bottle or a bath? I used to go for a bath and then use a pillow for between my legs and use a hotwater bottle for my tummy xx
