Very picky eater

Feeding my toddler is the most stressful part of my day bc he is so picky. It’s like he only wants to eat bread, crackers, pancakes, waffles, oatmeal or French fries and fruit are the only things he will never pass up everything else is a risk to even try to cook. I really don’t know what to do! He doesn’t want to eat meat unless it’s fish and sometimes he doesn’t even want that. I feel like he’s not getting enough idk

1) Introduce vitamins for sure if possible. 2) Smoothies are a good go because you can add the proteins, calories and fruits with veggies (my tot actually refused all drinks but water)…. 3) Deconstruct all meals helps a lot. Also try dehydrating foods, someone’s it’s a texture thing and you have to find which textures they like. If it’s mushy they hate make the foods crunchy. 4) Also try mixing things they like with things they haven’t tried or often won’t eat in a way it’s not noticeable. For example they have veggie bread 5) Introduce songs that encourage new foods in a fun way. You can turn the foods different colors or into fun faces. 6) if they don’t like beans try other foods that offer the same nutrients 7) But never give up, children’s interest change so fast he may love it tomorrow

Oh no I’m sorry, that does sound stressful. I don’t know if you tried but maybe those cute different shape cutters? They make veggies look cute. You can even try it with omelette and chicken breast. Omelette is always my go to. My son loves it and it’s a good way for me to add everything what he won’t eat separately (like kale, tomatoes, micro chopped celery etc). Not everything together but some things at a time.
