Pacifier question

Tips on how to get rid of it? My baby sleeps well aslong as she can find her pacifier she's able to put it back in but lately more often than not she's been accidently throwing it out of her own reach and it's getting stuck under her or in the side of the crib or thrown out of the crib so I'm thinking maybe if we can transition off it she will sleep better but I'm not sure what the best way to go about it is. Anyone been through this yet ? 😂

i know thats not what you asked but i’ve seen many moms say that they put plenty of pacifiers in the crib with their babies ! maybe if you do that she will always have one in her reach ?

Yes. I just saw a video where moms put a few around the baby so they can find one of them. I’ve considered this but also considered weaning her off it

I could try that I'm just worried the longer I wait the harder it would be 🤣 I also only have 4 soothers and 2/4 of them she does not like very much 🙃

This may have just been a fluke, but one night I just thought I wonder what my LO would do if we didn’t give her her soother when she went to bed. We didn’t, and she fussed a tiny bit and since that night we’ve never given it to her 🤷🏻‍♀️

I took my son's away cold turkey one night. After 30mins of crying he was fine. That was 3 months ago and never gave it back.

I put her down without it tonight after some cuddles and complaining she went to bed. Hopefully the rest of the night isn't too rough 😬😂
