Pregnancy workout - pure barre/Pilates…?
I’m gaining a too much weight too quickly and want to try my best to keep at least my arms and legs toned - or just do something for myself.
Has anyone tried pure barre, Pilates or any workout class as a beginner?
I have a peloton but that seems so intimidating right now.
Sorry I was feeding my son, yeah you should be able to do that stuff just start slow and talk to your doctor about it see what they say. I think it’s stuff like powerlifting you can’t start during pregnancy unless you already were doing it before
