I warm up a glass of milk, you can drop a tres bag in there and add a spoon of honey for flavour. Also just recently came across ayran/ buttermilk and it has worked wonders for me!!
Also, avoid tea coffee and citrus for 2 days
And add some salt ( i forgot)
Try butter milk it definitely helps 100% guaranteed. Take natural Yogurt 2 tablespoon, mix water and roasted cumin seeds. Mix or shake them well!! Drink it and you will forget about heart burn. Plus its a very good digestive. Try it and let me know your feedback!!
