I had that with my first two. All day every day. I used Sea-bands and had a surplus of peppermints nearby. Beware on the toll it will take on your teeth too. Throwing up that much will mess with your dental health. I’m paying for it now and it’s expensive.

Thank you

It might be hyperemesis, I've got it currently and this is my 3rd pregnancy with it. If you can ring your GP and get some anti sickness medication, see how that goes. You need to not dehydrate. If the meds at home don't help you'll need a stay at hosptial for iv fluids and meds. I spent a pregnancy pretty much attached to an IV. Google hyperemesis gravidarum and see if it you have that as opposed to morning sickness. It's absolutely hideous, you pretty much are stuck in bed like the worst hang over ever, but 100x worse. They say its really rare to have HG but it isn't, quite alot of women struggle, (Kate Middleton, Amy schumer, Kelly clarkson) have all had it, it gets played down as morning sickness but if you're unable to drink or eat, or you're not able to pee, please get some help. I know it's scary to think about medication when pregnant, (I'm on steroids and 2 different antisickness and 1 med for the acid) but you need to be hydrated mums xx

Fluids(water), I do 8-10 glasses a day. Keep stomach full-light snacking throughout day-Relaxation techniques-and if you believe in modern medicine: anti-nausea med as needed from OB.

I’ve found carb rich snacks help. I have a drawer with pretzels and crackers in my desk which helps, and electrolyte drinks help a lot too.

Try eating small snacks throughout the day (I kept mandarins, cashews, cereal, saltine crackers, and mozzarella sticks on hand) to level down the nausea. I also keep an empty water bottle to spit in because I produce a lot of saliva when feeling nausea. There's also these candies called Pregnancy Pops that have vitamin B6 for the nausea.

the only thing that helps me is pasta and carbs!

@kate really lol I wish

Unisom at night and benedryl during the day have helped keep the worst of it at bay. I totally feel you on the mental health part, I ended up getting in touch with a psychiatrist because of how much my depression has spiked with this pregnancy. It’s helped a lot! Hoping you can find some relief as well ❤️

Morning sickness is a totally normal part of pregnancy, and despite the name, it can strike at any time of day or night. You could try doing some of these * Adjust your eating, an empty stomach can actually make you more nauseous, so try to have five or six mini meals. *Taking a prenatal before and during pregnancy can lower the odds for severe nausea. *You can totally sip ginger tea or suck on ginger candies. These are some tips i got from my midwife and they totally worked. maybe give it a try. also, this is the support i have been a part of , it's run by a midwife too. www.getsoulside.com

Try cold fruit such as watermelon really helped me in the morning. Also my biggest tip frozen lemon wedges put in ziplock bag take them with you when you go out or at work really a game changer helped me so much. Remember to keep yourself hydrated lots of coconut water. 🤍
