My LG isn’t yet either! I try to help her crawl but she just drops onto her belly and rolls over! (She loves rolling everywhere) she can stand by furniture if I put her up to it but can’t pull herself up unless holding my hands xx
Don't be worried it can take time. Some babies don't crawl but start standing and walking straight away. My boy does army crawl but very little he hates it and if he is not desperate he will just sit with legs wide open then get on belly and back to sitting.
And he has no strength yet to stand next to anything
Mines not either! Not really attempting to, she just about sits but likes to throw herself backwards lol x
That’s all we get, and that’s on a good day 👎🏻
He doesn't look that far off! He'll get there in his own time :) x
My LG started to a couple of days ago but would rather walk! My nephew is 1 next week he doesnt walk or crawl yet xx
I wouldn’t worry at this stage, I follow the movementmama on Instagram who’s a qualified physical therapist and she says not a worry before 11 months, she has lots of tips and tricks too! @Rachel yes! I checked with the PT and it can be harder for babies with GERD or severe reflux to get the core strength for crawling. Mines army crawling and won’t get up on hands and knees but is walking assisted and stands unaided for around 10 seconds xx
My little one goes round and round in circles, or he can go backwards but not quite in a crawl position. Also he can pull himself into standing position if he’s holding someone’s hands and can stand holding hands or furniture. I don’t feel concerned about either of these at this point.
No, my LO Isn’t doing either of those either
@Kia what an absolute cutie! ❤️ they’re doing really well x
mines not, he’s just started trying to pull up with a lot of support. I have a theory that because he’s got reflux, crawling is just not for him. Eager to stand but not strong enough yet
