Breastfeeding and having a drink
I was hoping to have a glass of Prosecco with my Mother’s Day tea but I’m probably going to need to nurse my baby again before bed. How long do I need to leave it before breastfeeding her? I combi feed so she will have a bottle later but is using the breast for comfort a lot recently and I don’t want to deprive her unnecessarily

You can have a glass of Prosecco and feed your baby, the amount of alcohol going into your milk from one glass would be insignificant
As long as you can find baby you can feed baby, have a drink momma🫶🏽🫶🏽
One glass while breastfeeding is completely safe. Only reason not to is if you’re co sleeping xxx
