Child tax benefit does differ provincially due to taxes I believe but EI is federal after the initial weeks of mat leave (it becomes parental leave after a certain point). Are you moving before or after the birth? If after I would double check the provincial guidelines and contact Service Canada to confirm what amounts you’re eligible for
