Baby scan MRI

Hello everyone, wondering if this result is normal 😳 Have 20 weeks MRI results tells me Fetal situs is normal. The cardiac apex and descending thoracic aorta aren't seen on the fetal left. I’m not in medical field , but wondering if it’s okay 🤔

I’ll see my obgyn, but I don’t have Ultrasound for a long period of time , I just had done at 19 weeks .

my last appointment at 17 weeks, my ob said something to me about how the results may say something about the heart and may look scary, but don’t worry about it! i’ll have my 20 week scan next friday.
