What worked for us with our daughter was running bath water or playing water sounds. 6 PM every single day she would be screaming for about an hour and a half to two hours and after my husband run up the stairs with her and run down the stairs, jumping jacks, all these different things trying to do with her the thing that actually helped or made it less was the water sound
