Worrying about having everything for baby

I had a similar panic with my first and I had to chalk it up to nesting hormones. In the end, I had a place for baby to sleep and a carseat and everything else could be ordered quickly or bought at the store later on. In the end, other people just seemed to buy clothes, so I didn't even include them on the regristry.
Keep in mind most of the things we think we ‘need’ aren’t really needed and the baby won’t know what was purchased or not. And most items you won’t need immediately. I’m saying all this to say don’t feel any pressure or worry! You definitely still have time and even after baby comes you’ll be able to still get items . I know in my family people shop last minute so I’m sure your registry will start to get purchased
I feel you, mine is in a week too, only one thing has been bought from the registry and my husband bought it. We've gotten most of the big things we need from marketplace too.
I got a lot of gift cards at my shower so I can buy whatever I wanted. People will also just bring stuff, so you can open them at the shower
Hardly anyone purchases off the registry with the idea of scanning the items to show it was purchased. If anything you’ll have plenty of clothes and baby wash items. 10 weeks is still a lot of time to get what you need. I’m over here planning my shower 10 days before I’ll have her 😂 Then whatever you really need that you don’t have you can still get afterwards. I personally buy the big necessities and allow others to shower the baby with what they think is a great gift. Gift cards are a huge plus as well.
