I am past that phase, thankfully. But during weeks 5-10, I supplemented every meal with one or two prunes to add fiber to my diet. After that, it got better. Not normal, but better—but also my nausea lifted some so my diet got better. 🤷🏻♀️😅 I sure hope it doesn’t come back!

Oh girl. I have it badly! I go every three days without going, then I have diarrhea. Any tips would be awesome too! I have a healthy diet too, with fiber and whatnot covered.
