I am past that phase, thankfully. But during weeks 5-10, I supplemented every meal with one or two prunes to add fiber to my diet. After that, it got better. Not normal, but better—but also my nausea lifted some so my diet got better. 🤷🏻♀️😅 I sure hope it doesn’t come back!

If you are looking for a natural way I've found 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter a day helps things more. (Idk what to tell you if you cant eat pb)
