I made a little pillow nest for at least 2 weeks and gradually got rod of a pillow every night till I was back to normal but probably a good 3-4 weeks before I could side sleep
I slept sitting up with pillows for about 3/4 weeks and didnt lie on my side till about 5/6 weeks
@Aimee Everyone is different love my only advice is listen to your body, be patient and you will bounce back in no time. I’m at week 3 of my recovery and found some good days with it then some bad so hang in there your doing great ❤️👍🏼
I think after a week or so I could lay comfortably on my back and not with pillow support. I’m a side sleeper and I felt weird sleeping on my side and it took me a good few weeks to be able to do it again.
Propped up for about 2 weeks then started to turn onto my side and scoot further down, by 18 days I could twist a bit so took over night feeds from dad as he done them up until then.
