I feel like I’m doing something wrong 😴😴

Right I’ve had 2 whole months of terrible sleep! My LG wakes up every hour from 10pm until 4-5am every night. Sometimes she manages to sleep solidly from 7pm until 10pm so I know she can sleep for longer stints. The only way to sooth her and get her back to sleep is to feed her every time she wakes up or else she kicks off! 🙃 Anyone got any tips to get her to sleep for a longer stint after 10pm?! Note: she used to sleep 3-4 hours consistently through the night before this!

Hi don’t want you to think I am spamming! I’ve had same experience as you all with sleep and my friend who’s a sleep consultant, has been really helpful. Here’s her insta if anyone wants a look x https://instagram.com/franksleepsolutions?igshid=Mzc1MmZhNjY=

@Emma how do you go about sourcing a sleep consultant?! I have no idea about any of it! 🙈 I’m so tired and will try anything right now!

@Mariam sorry to hear it lovely! Honestly it is helping knowing that others are going through this too because I feel like I have no idea what I’m doing! Do you feel like it’s more of a comfort thing? As my LG falls asleep quite quickly after feeding!

We’ve just booked a call with a sleep consultant because we are in the same boat and I’m all out of ideas!! We’ve done white noise, red light night light, dream feed, making it cooler, keeping him warmer, bed time routine, naps in his cot/next to me and nothing has made a difference. I think it’s about getting them to link sleep cycles but how I do this 🤷‍♀️. We used a sleep consultant for our 1st one at about 5 months and he’s a brilliantly sleeper now so I have faith it will work x
