Hi Donia, If this is your wish, you can start and then see how your body responds to the fasting. Make sure you have lots of proteins in your meals as they are slower to release energy and will benefit your body more. Drink lots of water. If fasting will impact your supply and you notice your baby unhappy, maybe you could consider fasting just a few days every week and then make up for the rest once the baby is weaned.
