Dupixent shot?

My 6 month old has extreme eczema. He’s been on a topical steroid for 2 months now, that hasn’t been improving it. We’ve also tried the wet wrap Therapy and breast milk baths neither of which worked. Any moms with little ones on it? Any medical professionals moms in here can share thoughts? I’m on the fence leaning against the shot but my baby is so itchy and uncomfortable I just want to make it go away for him, but in the safest way possible.

@Q Alot less gas, don't seem to be much stomach pain or discomfort, way less spit up...he had eye mucus for a while now and they just kept telling me to message his tear ducts which clearly wasn't working... within 24hrs of the new formula his eyes cleared up... no mucus, watery eyes or swelling of the eye... his poop changed as well... it went back to a lighter green and softer semi seeded... before it was dark green and harder/dryer

@Ki'Andra I just switched my daughter to hypoallergenic formula two days ago too because we assume she has CMPA. We’re waiting to see an allergist right now, but I was wondering what changes did you notice after switching your son’s milk?

My son has developed bad eczema as well and looking at the other symptoms he has in wondering if he's allergic to his milk (CMPA)... I will be discussing with his pediatrician this week... I already purchased a hypoallergenic formula and noticed positive changes but he hasn't been in it long enough to clear up skin if that's the issue

Is there anything environmental that could be triggering it/making it more extreme? Food sensitivities, stress, personal care products, detergents, do you wear perfume etc? It’s weird how few doctors seem to want to try to figure out why a problem is happening in the first place but if you can it’s likely at least part of the key to the solution. My baby’s eczema isn’t severe (though it is very persistent) but neither my husband nor I have it (or any sensitive skin or anything like that) so I really wonder why my son does. I haven’t figured it out yet either

My son js going through the same thing and we are seeing an allergist to see if he is allergic to anything that is affecting my breast milk.
