Little bruise like spots??

I’ve noticed today my LO has a few bruise/vein like spots on her left leg, they’ve only just come today and wondered if it is anything to be worried about? Photo isn’t the best as she kept wiggling lol

Could be petechiae, my daughter had some all over when her blood platelets dropped to 3,000 (should be 150,000 minimum) and she was diagnosed with ITP. It is worth getting checked out!!

Petechiae could be a sign of all sorts of things. Definitely should get it checked out just in case.

They do recommend you call 111 for medical advice for any petechial rash just to be on the safe side of caution / to put your mind at ease.
