Back pain
How do we decipher growing pains and actuall pain, I’ve been in agony with my lower back for a couple days tried paracetamol, a bath, hot water bottles and neither work, can only describe it as feeling like my lower backs just gonna fall out🤣

No your not being dramatic! I am the same. I have spoke to my dr and been referred to physio for this pain. I’m in agony with it x
@Em glad to know I’m not alone! I had rang the midwife department on my book last week and they suggested I go for a swab, the swab has came back with something I have to ring for the results tomorrow, so i may see if it’s linked and if not mention it tomorrow. Thankyou x
