Adult nappies
Tucks pads, a peri bottle, big ol pants/adult nappies, and you can buy ice pads to go in your undies (god send) When I tell you I cried when I ran out of tucks pads I’m not exaggerating 😭 will be getting plenty shipped over to AUS this time.
I only used a few things - vaginal delivery. A few sets of disposable underwear and larger pads. Then I switched to smaller pads and finally just panty liners I used a peri bottle early on and sitz bath. That was all I used. Some people like "padsicles" but I didn't try. There are kits out there that look nice but they are pricey and you likely won't use it all imo
I got big black knickers (emphasis on black), maternity pads, nappies and I bought compression knickers because it helps support your core, you feel like jelly the first few weeks. Also I can't stress this enough: buy lactulose. You will get constipated and if you've got an episiotomy the first poop pp is not fun.
Witch hazel spray (non alcohol) spray on pads for after birth. I swear Is the reason I ended up being pain free down below within a day!
