Pregnancy safe Sinus medication

Hi first time mom here! I unfortunately have a very bad sinus infection right now and my OB is not open until tomorrow. Does anyone know what sinus medication is safe for pregnancy? I am currently 15 w 1 d. Thank you for all y’alls help in advance!

You can also try a saline nasal mist to help moisturize your nasal passages and wash away some of the mucus and use as needed. I had a terrible bacterial SI this December and I used Sudafed, the nasal mist, and 10day antibiotics that were prescribed(it was a very aggressive infection). I was miserable and if I wouldn’t have gone to urgent care sooner it would have probably turned into pneumonia.

@Mary Kate you’re so welcome! Seriously buy two cans of the spray! I was able to survive with only taking two Sudafed and two Tylenol (because Tylenol Cold & Sinus doesn’t exist anymore in that form), because I still wanted to limit how much medicine I was taking. And @Lexy is right! I saw that study, too, after I had already taken the two Tylenol, so probably best to limit it as much as possible

Also do not use Tylenol for a prolonged period of time, it’s not being linked to autism

I was told by my obstetrician that Flonase is perfectly safe as long as you use it as instructed
