Herbal tea

I’ve heard to avoid herbal teas, but not all 🤔 Whenever I go into Holland and Barrett, none of the staff can advise as to what’s safe and what’s not Does anyone have any knowledge/experience on this? It’s the only other hot drink I can think of after switching to decaf 😅

It’s basically only the ones that have caffeine that are an issue, green tea etc. peppermint is fine. There were some studies saying about the tea bags themselves being an issue but I don’t think it was ever substantiated xx

I’m loathing the decaf coffee - told my partner after I give birth he needs to bring a me a large coffee instead of champagne 😂

I switched to decaf after saying I never would. It's not as bad as I thought it would be 😂. But Twinnings lemon and ginger has become my go to. Pretty good for the nausea too 🙂

You can drink fruit teas and any teas that don't contain caffeine, or cleansing teas or teas that make you go for a number 2 alot x
