Honestly whatever you find not repulsive at this stage, you might live off of it for a while.. I couldn’t stand ginger, and if you have acid reflux then stay away from mints and peppermint anything because that relaxes the stomach sphincter which is what causes reflux during pregnancy.. thanks Relaxin hormones 🙄 also chocolate and tomatoes have that same relaxing effect.. a L&D nurse client of mine suggested that Tums are not good long term because they have a bounce back effect, so I found Pepcid to work for me (should be ok but of course run it by your Dr.) Main thing is to find a way to stay hydrated.. I also had a period where I couldn’t hold anthing down and with the reflux couldn’t even drink water, so I drank sips of Gatorade and Liquid IV during that time, but find what works for you- they even have Pedialyte popsicles now that helped me a lot during labor and delivery. I really feel for you right now- try to make sure to have little snacks every one to two hours when you can
Unisom & b6
Have you tried tums?
Call your doctors and try get Omeprazole, they are brilliant, some areas you can actually buy over the counter without requiring a prescription but i would say consult dr best thing I’ve used and helps so much
