You are only 5dp. It's not failed. On top of that I see something. Not sure if an indent though.

What makes you think is failed. Your only 6dpt. The embryo only implants between 5-8 days past transfer, can take up to 3 days to fully implant. Once implanted that’s when HCG starts and it won’t be high enough till a week later. This is why you are told to wait 2 weeks that’s when you get an accurate result.

@Amanda my RE said since my embryos were fully hatched they should implant within 24 hours so I should see even a faint line by now if that were the case. My chemical transfer I had a line by day 5 and my failed transfer I had nothing day 5 so going based on that I’m just feeling hopeless

I really would wait until the day they have told you to. Still have hope it’s not over till then 🤞🏼also I see something vvvvvy faint x

I feel like I see something too 🤞 but in answer to your question I am currently under a reproductive immunologist after 4 failed transfers happy to answer any questions

@Rubi who are you seeing? Do you mind sharing your protocol? I just sent in paperwork for Alan E Beer. I was on an immuno protocol this round (20mg prednisone, 30mg lovenox 2x day, Plaquenil, and baby aspirin) im guessing the only other thing to add would be IVIG infusions

Hey! I’m under Crp clinic. I’m not doing ivf at the moment, I’m trying naturally using letrozole alongside an immune protocol to see if that works (as there’s no real reason I need ivf as tubes are fine etc) so I’m on hydroxycholoroquine, cyclogest, steroids 25mg, intralipids at ovulation, ovitrelle injection as my trigger, aspirin. My nk cells were found to be normal count but I had high activity and my cytotoxicity was high.

@Rubi ah okay, I feel like more ppl working with an RI are ttc naturally! I wish my RE did intralipids but I’m going to switch after this to a new clinic I just don’t feel confident in him anymore. But we’re basically on the same meds. How long have you been on Plaquenil?

I’ve been on it for almost 8 weeks now, I’ve been told it takes 6 weeks to get into your system. Was this your first transfer on this protocol?

@Rubi yes first transfer on Plaquenil. I’ve been on it 6 weeks so about 5.5 before transfer .. but it wasn’t enough time I’ve heard 3 months is needed

Don’t give up! I also thought the same thing because I didn’t have a positive on day 4/5/6 and so many people post their “positives” by then I through for sure I was out. However come day 7 I had my pint faint line. And by day 8 I had a positive on a digital. So don’t count yourself out. Also they make us wait until beta day for a reason. ( I also didn’t wait because I’m a crazy lady who needs to know but if I had just known that I needed to give it more time and not feel defeated I think my anxiety level would be a lot lower) baby dust to you my friend💕💕💕
