Tax-free childcare account

If you go to the tax free account, in the messages section I think there should be all the details you need on a word / pdf doc. Very sorry, i can't remember it off the top of my head and the acct is my OHs name so I can't log I'm to ours

Ok great thank you. Will try that. I’ve only just set it up today and haven’t received a message yet so maybe will wait abit to see if one comes through.

Yeah it took about a day it should go into your secure messages on the account page

In your account go to secure messages And you should have a message saying tax free childcare application for …. Child name that’s the one that ad information And it gives you account , sort code and name and also the reference you give to the childcare provider so they locate the payment . It takes a few days sometime after your apply for them to send you the message with the information

I couldn’t set this up with my bank through a banking app. I spoke to someone to do with the tax-free childcare and they told me the details they give you can only be set up when going into the bank as it won’t work through a banking app for some reason. I ended up using the online link to put money in the tax-free account with my debit card.
