@Lyn yeah as soon as I wake up, around 6am everyday
@SR. You might have a cycle where you don't ovulate due to just stopping your BC x
@Lyn thanks. Yeah taking opk’s daily, sometimes twice a day and have had really dark negatives then drops back to really light. Think I’ll go with digital OPK next month, find the strips so confusing to read
@Heather I thought that might be the case but thought worth a try whilst learning how to track etc. We’ve BD a lot in the last week so giving it a rest now and will try again next month. Thank you
Are you taking your temp first thing in the morning? I reviewed the temp system I learned and I don’t see an obvious ovulation.
So I don’t really understand your charting system but I know that when you come off the pill it can take at least 3 months for your body to start having a normal cycle again. Are you taking ovulation test strips? That could be helpful. I don’t see an obvious sign of ovulation with your body temperature either, but maybe I’ve forgotten how to read it well (it’s been a while). I recommend the premama ovulation test strips. They also have an app that keeps photos of the strips and tells you if you ovulated (it reads them for you which is super convenient)
If you've just come off your pill it's likely this cycle will be totally out of whack while the hormones come out your system hence the erratic temps You've not ovulated yet, and being honest my advice would be to scrap this "cycle", let your body regulate itself and start when you have your first proper period (bleeding after stopping BC isn't a normal period, it's withdrawl from the hormones)
@Dee thanks so much, I’ll keep going and see what happens
