Honestly, everyone is different. And every doctor recommendation seems to be different, unfortunately! If you’ve experienced a bleed, your doctor may put more restrictions on you. Anecdotally, I’ve heard some women who did CrossFit every day and never had a bleed, and some women literally cannot sneeze, cough, or lift a thing and they will bleed. I have a toddler as well and have just been doing my best…I’m lifting her in and out of the crib but trying to limit other lifting? It’s all confusing, unfortunately!
