Milk coming up through nose
Good morning, I hope everyone is well.
Since birth my little girl has had a problem with milk coming up through her nose instead of being sick. I've been to the doctor's, spoken to the hospital and everyone tells me this normal but shes just so uncomfortable when it happens. I have to feed up upright and can't put her down for at least 45 minutes after a feed otherwise this will happen and she can't catch her breath. She also sounds so congested after a feed. I've tried everything, feeding smaller amounts little and often, feeding position, changed bottles etc.
Does anyone have any advice or experience this with their little one as I don't feel like this is normal.

My little boy does this. Particularly if he has a lot of wind. He doesn't like to give his wind up easily as such he will bring up a lot of sick which often comes out of his nose.
@Natalia I was just reading through this as my little boy has been doing the same and I'm glad its not just mine who doesn't give up wind easily and does this 🙈 I was thinking it was something I was doing wrong!
Thanks girls, I'm relieved in not alone in this. I just get worried because if I'm sleeping and don't hear her struggling. I've tried feeding her less but she screams for more and won't settle unless she has that extra ounce.

My little girl does this too! It's not all the time but it does come out of her nose when she is sick or drank too much!
