From what I read you can try and massage it out with your hand.

You would know if out put is not the same. You can maybe feel a lump. It could be red. I've had mastitis, and thats a way worst clogged duct. So I try to help every time someone says that have a clogged duct because mastitis is not a vibe! You can clear it up by feeding and pumping like normal. Hot shower. Hand pump/ hand expression to help. Lactation massager. Someone on her put me on to legendary milk sunflower lecithin it has helped me a lot.

@Cookie Yes, that is everything I did when I had Mastitis and it helped so much! The sunflower lecithin is awesome too, you can also take it for daily maintenance to prevent a clogged duct!

@Cookie where could I find that ?

Yes. I didn't read the package at first and didn't know, but once I found out, I take them every day. My milk is super sticky for some reason this time around. @Mackenzie

I found it at target!

My milk is also very sticky

I just used a heat pad/warm compresses and massaged it while pumping. It was effective 100% of the time. Also, a warm bath and massaging our the lump also helped

Had any one of you seen a Change in supply while using it ? Increase or decrease?
