@Iris why not Claire’s ?
I feel like Claire’s is the easiest because they use an earring gun whereas a tattoo /piercing shop don’t .. idk I’m on here to see what ppl have to say because I want to get my babies ears pierced too but idk where yet.
@Nadine because they’re not “trained” to do it but not really certified. And they use piercing guns and that’s really damaging to the skin. https://www.quora.com/Is-it-safe-to-get-your-ears-pierced-at-Claires
@Nadine with the piercing gun you’re creating a trauma response to the brain. Think of it like this. Making a hole with a pencil instead of a hole puncher. The pencil being the piercing gun and the most sanitary way of a piercing, the needle as the hole puncher.
@Nadine my piercer is @lunastudiosd on IG, you could ask her more questions that I wouldn’t be able to answer.
Highly recommend my cousins shop, hustle tattoo and piercing he has 2 locations and they do baby ear piercings. @hustlebrows_piercings on IG
@Selina by any chance. Do you know how much they charge? I was looking for a place as well. A tatto shop quoted me 120 dllrs. 😳 I mean I understand but why so expensive.
The place I had my daughters, 9 years ago, doesn’t exists anymore. But I called different tattoo/piercing shops and found one that had experience. That worked for us and we had a great end result. They gave clear instructions and I was able to call with concerns about discharge from the piercing. Find a friendly place that feels good to you and go with that one. Calling different spots takes time but I highly recommend it. Good luck!
I went to my baby girls doctor! It was through Rady Childrens in San Diego. They did a great job and I felt good about it because an MD did it when she was so young. I think it was the El Cajon or Santee office…
@Kam wow I didn’t know they can piercing ears ? Was it with a needle?
I’m not sure who piercing shop or tattoo shop will do it. You can always call and ask. Find their IG etc but please don’t go to claires
