everyday struggle

I am struggling so bad with keeping up with things/feeling like I can sit down and actually be relaxed. There is so much to do all the time, and i feel like if i add another thing to my to do list I’m gonna lose it. How do you manage stress/staying on top of things?

I feel the same way! I have a to-do list on my phone so I can get it off my mind and also be able to check mark things off the list

I got into a daily routine which was keeping the house tidy and it only takes me about 40 minutes or so to do my house which is 1,000sqft. It is easy for me to add weekly and monthly routine chores and add organizing and clean-out projects to my routine. Though I do have my busy days, I am always able to easily keep up with the day to day chores with time to relax. I hope this helps!

I feel the same. To do list is SO long but I have no motivation or ambition to get any of it done. Depression and anxiety take over. But how about we start with small tasks then work our way down the dreadful to do list? We got this mama!

I’ve created to do lists for each day that is more manageable. That way, all I have to do on Monday is Mondays lists instead of thinking about everything that needs to get done in the whole week.

I like to make a list on the weekend and take a couple hours on Sundays when I get home from job #2 and take care of the big things. I try to make a game of getting something done before the wash cycle ends, or see how much I can get done for the hour everything is in the dryer. Folding the clothes is the last thing I'll do, and the rest of the list gets split up during the week, or even the next weekend. I had to teach myself that it was okay to let things go. When it comes to decluttering or cleaning during the week, I like to set a timer and see if I can beat it. The biggest thing is to know it's okay if it rolls over another day.
