Drastic drop in eating after having a baby.

I’ve been a mom for just over a year now and have noticed I’ve been eating drastically less, not on purpose but more so because I’m so distracted with the baby all day and can’t cut myself a break. When I do try to eat, he takes my food anyway so I subconsciously stopped eating around him and wait till I’m alone which isn’t often so at most I’m surviving off a peace of toast each day and my energy levels have decreased, I want to know if I’m the only one and what I can do to work around this so I’m not feeling malnourished and weak all day. ):

I normally just make extra of whatever my son is eating and share with him. I still eat less but not as much as before he was on solids. Even when I was bf he would sense I was eating and yell at me…
