2 year old sleeping
Hi ladies. I need to know if anyone else is in this situation. My LG turned 2 in December and for the last month or two on and off we have had an issue with her not wanting to sleep alone. We have never come slept and she goes to bed fine on her own and happily, but if she wakes in the night she won't go back to sleep unless you are sleeping next to her. I have had to sleep with her on the day bed in her room just to get some rest. Is this some sort of separation anxiety at nighttime and is anyone else going through this?.

Thank you so much for replying, it makes me feel better and more hopeful its a phase. We have mixed times (maybe 3 times a week she is okay) but def got worse recently. Probably as she was also sick but I'm scared as she has never Co slept this will become the norm. Urgh, this is so hard isn't it. Xx
Our little girl did this just before her 2nd birthday. Lasted a couple months then she went back to sleeping alone x
Yep, my son did this. He is now 28 months and one of us still sleeps with him 😖 mainly because I was pregnant and exhausted and was less tiring being there with him than going in and out settling him.

I could of wrote this.. my daughter was 2 in December also and she has always been an amazing sleeper up until recently, for the past month she gets up at about 3am and comes and gets in my bed, every single night and she will go back to sleep as she’s near us. Last night was touch wood the first night she slept in her own bed again all night without getting up, I’m not sure if it’s just a phase or like you say separation anxiety, but your not alone x
