Bbt high enough

Hey! This is only my second cycle measuring bbt. My first cycle I did get pregnant but ended in miscarriage. Is 36.6 high enough post ovulation? See attached graph

Honestly, I hate BBT. I tried tracking it for a while but it stressed me out way too much. My temp was always “too cold” post-ovulation, convincing me that I’m not ovulating despite obvious ovulation pains and signs of increased progesterone after ovulation, like sore boobs. I did tend have a spike in temp after ovulation, but it didn’t do the classic pattern where you’re looking for X amount of days above a certain threshold, so the Premom app didn’t recognize it as a proper “spike”, and a seeing my Premom premium report with the “⚠️No BBT Spike Detected!” was kind of devastating to me. I did some research and found that anything from a cold bedroom to sleeping with your mouth open can cause your temp to be cooler than expected… finally I stopped the BBT altogether because it caused me so much anxiety! Sorry, I’m not helpful with your graph but just keep in mind that there are factors that can affect BBT and it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re not ovulating! 🤗

@Jill oh my gosh thanks. Ya absolutely I’m a mouth breather hahaha
