Yep. My house is always a mess. I am astounded when I go to other people's houses and they are immaculate. I think maybe you have to be certain type of person to have a house like that, and I am not it!

Yes it definitely irritates me too, I just don't know how to remedy it other than spend all my waking hours cleaning, which I'm not going to do! I just get so sick of stressing about it.
@Jenny I feel the exact same way!! But when you clean all day you feel like your not giving your kids enough attention.

It's plenty for what we need. She cleans the kitchen, dusts, vacumns, mops and cleans bathrooms. We have a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. We don't need a huge clean it's just to help us keep on top of everything. I work 4 days a week, hubby works week on week off and is away his on week.
Vacuuming and mopping would be a great help. If I can’t find a routine I’ll probably hire a cleaner
I don’t. I could almost keep on top of it with miss 2 and 6 yr old then fell pregnant. So I’m pregnant, working, looking after kids and my partner is fifo. I used to do a quick 30min run around most nights if everyone was in bed at a decent time. There’s only so much you can have a clean house if you actually live in it. The organised mum or the organised housewife’s book may help

@Tamara I’ll have a look at those books today! I’m currently pregnant with Bub number 2 so trying to get a clean house and a routine going before it gets to hectic
